From here you overlook the Eagle Mountains, Lake Rozkoš and the rolling landscape of the whole region. Peace, space, privacy. Inside, a wonderfully heated indoor pool with large glass walls awaits you, so you can enjoy the view all year round. Outside, a jacuzzi is ready whenever you are. And the sauna? Heat it up whenever you like. Everything is private and included in your stay.

The house is perfect for families, friends or a small group. Two cosy bedrooms with large beds and additional sleeping options. A travel cot is available for small children. The living room with open kitchen is spacious and inviting, with a big dining table and panoramic views that make every meal feel special. The kitchen is fully equipped from an American fridge with ice dispenser to a Nespresso machine with capsules, baking supplies and all the basics you’d want at home. You don’t need to bring a thing.

The wellness area connects directly to the living room and features a beautiful indoor pool (30°C), counter-current system, lighting and sliding doors you can open halfway in summer so the indoors and outdoors blend together. In the relaxation area you’ll find loungers, bathrobes, soft towels and sauna sheets, all included.

Outside, you’ll find a covered terrace with a large gas grill, comfortable seating and a lovely garden with 300 m² of lawn. For kids or for a bit of fun competition there are games ready: badminton, croquet, pétanque, lazy tennis… Or light up the fire pit and grill something tasty over the flames.

Parking is free and right next to the house, with space for up to five cars. The house is smoke-free, pet-free and equipped with fast Wi-Fi. Everything is on one level, making it convenient for guests with limited mobility.

And the surroundings? Within just a few kilometres you can walk through the enchanting Babiččino údolí. Adršpach, with its magical rock formations, is 25 km away. Safari Park Dvůr Králové, the town of Náchod, the baroque Kuks complex, Lake Rozkoš. Everything is close by. Even Poland, with its spa town Kudowa Zdrój, trout farm, unique rock formations and aquapark, is only 20 km away. In winter, several ski areas can be reached within 30 km.
