On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a comfortable seating corner, television, dining area and modern open-plan kitchen. The wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking for larger groups, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Practical facilities such as a washing machine, drying area for shoes and clothing, and a separate storage room for skis and sports equipment ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.

Upstairs, there are four comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature their own private bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, there is a spacious shared bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double washbasin. Air conditioning in the bedrooms keeps the villa pleasantly cool during warm summer days.

Relaxation is an important part of the experience here. Inside, you can fully unwind in the spacious Finnish sauna with shower. Ideal after a day of hiking, cycling or skiing in the mountains. During winter, several ski resorts can be reached within a short drive, including the Šachty ski area in Vysoké nad Jizerou (6 km), Rokytnice nad Jizerou and Harrachov. Cross-country skiers can also enjoy the many trails in the area and the famous Jakuszyce cross-country region just across the Polish border. Children will love the slope directly beside the villa, perfect for sledging and playing in the snow.

In summer, the region transforms into a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Explore the stunning nature of the Giant Mountains, Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise with its impressive rock formations and scenic viewpoints. The nearby U Borovice lookout tower offers panoramic views across a large part of the Czech countryside.
