Set in the heart of the beautiful Krkonoše Mountains, near Vítkovice and just a short distance from Špindlerův Mlýn, this modern and inviting mountain chalet offers a truly special stay. Perched at altitude, you are surrounded by peace, nature and breathtaking views. In winter, you can step straight onto the slopes, while in summer you’ll enjoy fresh mountain air, scenic hiking trails and endless panoramas. It’s the kind of place that instantly puts you in a holiday mood.

The chalet is rented as a whole and is ideal for groups of up to 15 guests. It consists of three spacious apartments, allowing you to stay together while still enjoying privacy and comfort. Perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together without giving up their own space.

Each apartment is bright, spacious and stylishly furnished, featuring large windows and a balcony with mountain views. All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, a generous dining table and a comfortable living area.

- Apartment 1 has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional single bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds.
- Apartment 2 also offers two bedrooms, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom.
- Apartment 3 has a similar layout, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed.

Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet, making it especially comfortable for larger groups.

After an active day outdoors, you can fully unwind in the private sauna. The chalet also features a ski storage room with boot dryers, a laundry room and entertainment for all ages, including table tennis and a small climbing wall. Thanks to its ski-in/ski-out location, you’ll be on the slopes within minutes during winter.

The surrounding area offers something for every season. In winter, you can enjoy the extensive ski area of Špindlerův Mlýn with wide slopes and modern lifts. During the warmer months, it becomes a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Discover highlights such as the source of the Elbe, the Pančava Waterfall or take a trip towards Zlaté návrší. Nearby villages offer cosy restaurants, cafés and shops, while you stay in the peaceful setting of the mountains.
