The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in the main building and has been stylishly designed with great attention to comfort and atmosphere. With six spacious double bedrooms, four modern bathrooms and additional toilets, everyone enjoys plenty of space and privacy. The cosy living room with fireplace and large television forms the warm heart of the house, perfect for long evenings together after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking for larger groups, while wine lovers will appreciate the private wine bar with comfortable seating area.

Relaxation and entertainment are guaranteed throughout your stay. Children can enjoy the fully equipped play area, while older children and adults can spend time in the separate TV and gaming room for movie nights or games together. Outside, a large garden with playground equipment offers plenty of space for children to safely play and explore.

The wellness facilities make this villa even more special. Take a refreshing swim in the heated outdoor swimming pool, open from May until October, or completely unwind in the Finnish sauna with steam room and cooling plunge pool. Outside, you will also find several cosy seating areas, a fire pit and a spacious barbecue room with kitchen, bar and beer tap. The perfect setting for long evenings with family and friends.

From May until September, the separate annex building is also available. This independent apartment accommodates four additional guests and features its own bathroom and kitchenette. This increases the total capacity to 16 guests, making it ideal for larger families or groups looking for extra space and privacy.

The surroundings of Velké Karlovice are a paradise for nature lovers and active travellers. Directly from the villa, you can explore the beautiful Beskydy Mountains on foot or by bike. Discover scenic viewpoints such as Vartovna and Hrad Rožnovský or enjoy mountain hikes to Smrk and Pustevny. The famous rock formations of Čertovy skály, also known as Devil’s Rocks, are also well worth a visit.

During winter, the region transforms into a popular winter sports destination. Several ski resorts, including Karolinka, Soláň, Velké Karlovice, Nový Hrozenkov and Razula, are located nearby and are suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers. Cross-country skiers will also find beautiful trails through snowy forests and mountain landscapes.
