The villa is spacious and perfectly designed for larger groups. There are five separate rooms, including four generous four-person bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed and two single beds. Every room has its own private bathroom with a shower, towels, hairdryer and sauna towels provided. On the ground floor, there is an additional room mainly designed as a playroom, but thanks to the comfortable sofa bed it can also be used as an extra bedroom for two guests. Children will also love the cozy loft play area with mattresses where they can relax, play and enjoy their own little hideaway.

The large living area forms the heart of the villa. Here you will find a comfortable lounge corner by the fireplace, a large dining table for shared meals and a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to cook for larger groups. Cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the extensive facilities including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen equipment.

Relaxation and wellness are central to your stay here. Outside, a luxurious wellness area awaits with a heated jacuzzi, a wood-fired sauna and a heated saltwater swimming pool that is open during the summer months. Around the pool you will find sun loungers and outdoor furniture where you can unwind while enjoying the surrounding nature. During summer, the famous rock formations of Adršpach are highly recommended for hiking and nature photography.
