Nestled in the peaceful nature of the Giant Mountains, at the foot of Černá hora and directly beside the forest, this charming wellness villa for up to 14 guests offers the perfect combination of tranquillity, comfort and relaxation. Located in an idyllic setting behind a mountain stream in the heart of Krkonoše National Park, this beautifully renovated wooden mountain villa is the ideal place for families and groups of friends to enjoy nature, wellness and cosy evenings by the fire together.
The villa is spacious and tastefully decorated with warm wooden details that perfectly match the mountain surroundings. In the cosy living room, you will find comfortable sofas, a traditional tiled stove and a television with Netflix. The large dining area forms the heart of the house — perfect for shared dinners, game nights or relaxing evenings with a good glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking for larger groups, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and coffee and tea facilities.
With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and five toilets, the villa offers plenty of space and privacy for larger groups. Two of the bathrooms feature a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after an active day in the mountains.
Wellness and relaxation are central to the experience here. The villa features a wellness area with a sauna, cooling tub and a separate room with a jacuzzi. There is also a relaxation and games room with a huge 80-inch screen that can easily be connected to a laptop or tablet. Outside, you can enjoy two spacious terraces, a cosy barbecue area and a fire pit where long evenings under the stars come naturally.
Children will also have a fantastic time here. In the large fenced garden of 1500 m², they can safely play football, swing, build sandcastles in the sandbox or enjoy the many outdoor activities available. Sports equipment for badminton, volleyball, table tennis and pétanque is also provided. During the summer months, the heated private swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 metres offers plenty of fun and refreshment for both children and adults.
The surroundings of Rudník offer endless opportunities for excursions and outdoor activities throughout the year. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the villa. During winter, several ski resorts are located nearby, including Janské Lázně, Černý Důl and other popular winter sports destinations in the Giant Mountains. De velen badkamers en toiletten, de grote tuin ,en het zwembad is lekker van temperatuur, en natuurlijk de overdekte veranda waar je in de ochtend prachtig de vogeltjes hoort zingen .we hebben er van genoten.

De bedden zijn best hard ,de meeste van ons hebben heerlijk geslapen maar een paar mensen uit onze groep hadden hier echt last van en hebben dus slecht geslapen .

Wir hatten viel Glück mit den Wetter, perfekte Schneebedingungen und Sonne pur. Das Haus war perfekt um sich danach zu erholen, Sauna, Whirlpool und Kamin. Die Kinder konnten noch draußen vor dem Haus im Garten den Schnee genießen beim Schneemänner bsee more

Die Kinder konnten noch draußen vor dem Haus im Garten den Schnee genießen beim Schneemänner bauen und Rodeln. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf ein Problem reagiert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus war sehr gut gepflegt und Bäder, Sauna, Pool, Whirlpool in einem excellenten Zustand! Die Raumaufteilung war für uns super und auch unser Kleinkind war von dem aufgeräumten und super ausgestattetem Spielhaus (u.a. 2 Kisten Duplo) und eigenem Spielplatz und Trampolin begeistert. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und auch Wanderungen von dem Ferienhaus aus. Wir können uns eine Rückkehr sehr gut vorstellen!
