This is a beautiful, identical house for 12 people. It is located in the mountains and it is just perfect for your next family vacation. The house has everything you need and more. You will absolutely love it!

This house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a great place for a family to call home. There's plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. And, with two bathrooms, there's no fighting over who gets to take a shower first in the morning! As an extra, there is a sauna. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day. On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen. It's a great spot to cook up something tasty. This kitchen comes complete with all the amenities you need to cook a meal. It's fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee pot, as well as all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils. You'll find everything you need to make your favorite dishes. Doing the dishes doesn't have to be a problem. With the built-in dishwasher, you can quickly and easily clean up any mess. The same goes for clothes. If they get dirty, there's a washing machine! As it spins around, you can enjoy watching TV in the living room. It's a great way to relax and unwind after a long day. The villa is beautiful from the outside. The lush green trees and manicured gardens are a sight to behold. It's the perfect place for children to play. They can run around and explore. There's also a children's area with toys and games. It's a great place for families to spend time together. Parents will be able to enjoy a drink from the terrace or light up the barbecue as they watch their children play in front of them.

Please note that in winter this villa can only be reached on foot or by ski/snowmobile. The road from the car park to the car is not well maintained during winter weather and thus not accessible to car traffic. The car park is 1.5 km away. Depending on snowfall from approximately November to March. A transfer is available on the arrival and departure day. The cost of this is included, so you don't have to pay for it. If you need the transfer on the other days of your stay, this does come at a charge.

Summer or winter, there's always something to do around here. You can never be bored! If you love skiing, you'll be happy to know that there are several ski resorts nearby. So whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, you can find a place to hit the slopes. Visit Lysa Hora (300 m), ski resort Horni Domky (1 km), or ski resort Studenov (5 km). The summers here are beautiful. You can take walks and explore the area. The scenery is stunning and there's always something new to see. About 25 km away are the Mumlava Waterfall and Pancava Waterfall. What's interesting about these waterfalls is that they are both located in the Krkonose National Park. The tree-top walk at Janske Lazne is well worth a visit. The path is a great way to see the area from a different perspective. It's also a great place to take some photos. The nearby villages have a lot of restaurants you could visit for dinner.
