Wellness Villa VPPA213 is the largest of the three villas on Resort Vysočina VPRE210, a private wellness estate in a natural setting. Book it on its own for your group, or together with the other two villas to have the entire resort exclusively for yourselves, with complete privacy and access to all the grounds.

This exceptional 250 m² adults-only villa is built for relaxation, wellness and stylish group stays, sleeping up to 8 guests as standard. Each of the four elegant bedrooms has a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom, so every guest has comfort and privacy. Larger groups can add up to 4 more guests for an extra charge. Two single beds can be set up on the open upper floor for €200 per person per night. There is also an exclusive Owner Suite for 2 guests at €400 per night, with its own full bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a private SwimSpa. All extra sleeping options depend on availability and must be requested in advance. The impressive open living area has high ceilings, a home cinema and massage chairs. The professional-grade kitchen comes with premium appliances and a large dining island, perfect for meals together or an evening with a private chef.

Wellness is what this villa is all about. Enjoy a heated 4 × 3 m outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor whirlpools and beautifully landscaped grounds. From May to September the pool is heated to 25 °C. During the rest of the year, heating is available on request for an extra charge. Further wellness options, such as the sauna and massages, can be arranged on request, subject to availability. Around the villa you will find quiet spots to relax and a charming pavilion by the pond, while the large summer kitchen offers plenty of room for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Please note that the villa shares the private estate with two other villas (Pool Villa VPVI211 and Sauna Villa VPRO212). Each villa has its own interior and its own terrace, while some outdoor areas and resort facilities are shared as part of one carefully designed landscape. That way you enjoy your privacy along with a sense of open space and nature around you.

You will find the resort in the quiet village of Prostý, surrounded by the forests, farmland and small historic towns of the Vysočina region. The UNESCO-listed town of Telč is about 20 km away, and Žirovnice Castle, Jindřichův Hradec and Červená Lhota Castle all make easy day trips. Nearby you can visit spa towns, follow hiking and cycling trails, go fishing or horse riding, or play golf near Telč and Mnich. Shops and restaurants are roughly 5 km away, so a secluded countryside stay combines easily with sightseeing and outdoor activities.
