Description
This is the smallest of the three, and that is exactly its appeal. A private sauna, a hot tub in the garden, a twenty-five square metre terrace nobody walks past in the morning, and upstairs a freestanding bath in the middle of the bedroom.
The house runs to a hundred and twenty square metres over two floors. Downstairs a living room with fireplace, TV and air conditioning, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and an open kitchen with a dining table. Upstairs an open gallery with the second bedroom, a 180 cm bed, that freestanding bath, its own bathroom and a separate toilet. Two couples have plenty of room here, and so does a family with older children.
The kitchen has everything you need to simply cook at home: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer and coffee machine. That saves getting in the car every evening to find a restaurant.
The sauna belongs to this house, and there is a barbecue ready on the terrace. The estate also has whirlpools, a swim spa with counter-current and two treatment rooms for massage.
The cycle path to Žirovnice starts at the door, and nine kilometres along it there is a castle with a mother-of-pearl museum. Valcha pond, where you can swim in summer, is seven kilometres away. Telč and its UNESCO square are half an hour's drive.
Beyond that, the usual: wifi, washing machine, dryer and parking at the house with a charging point. No smoking indoors, and one dog is welcome.
The best moment comes after the sauna, when you step into the garden in a bathrobe and there is genuinely nothing to hear.
