The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for larger groups, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and complete kitchenware. The cosy living room invites you to spend long evenings together, while satellite television allows you to enjoy your favourite films or series even during your holiday.
There is also plenty of entertainment and relaxation for all ages. Upstairs, you will find a billiard table and table football for enjoyable game nights with family and friends. Outside, a spacious garden with terrace and comfortable outdoor furniture offers the perfect place to relax in the fresh mountain air. During warm summer days, the private swimming pool (diameter 4.6 metres, depth 1.2 metres) provides plenty of fun and refreshment for both children and adults. The swimming pool is open during the summer months. End the day with a cosy barbecue or a small outdoor fire while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and clear starry skies.
The villa is also equipped with practical amenities for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and dryer — ideal for longer holidays or active mountain adventures.

Schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben, gerade im Wohnzimmer mit dem Kamin. Die Unterkunft erlaubt viel Privatsphäre mit seiner Lage am Hang, in ca. 20-30min ist man auch in allen näheren Ski-Gebieten, einzig dass man nicht direkt see more
Schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben, gerade im Wohnzimmer mit dem Kamin. Die Unterkunft erlaubt viel Privatsphäre mit seiner Lage am Hang, in ca. 20-30min ist man auch in allen näheren Ski-Gebieten, einzig dass man nicht direkt in einem Ski-Gebiet liegt, bzw. den nahen Anschluss an einen Bus hat, machte das Auto für uns notwendig.

Het terras achteraan viel een beetje tegen en past niet in het totaalplaatje. Op minder warme dagen kan de villa wat kil aanvoelen. Thermostaat aanzetten had geen effect, maar ik vermoed dat de verwarming in de zomer sowieso afstaat. De toeslag op elsee more
