The villa features five separate bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, offering plenty of privacy and comfort for larger groups. On the ground floor, there is a separate apartment with its own bedroom, bathroom, seating area, television and kitchenette. Ideal for grandparents or a family wanting a little extra privacy. The spacious living room forms the heart of the house, with a large comfortable sofa, a cosy fireplace and views of the mountains. The large dining area seats ten guests, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking elaborate meals together, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine for fresh coffee beans, microwave and toaster.

Relaxation and entertainment have also been carefully considered. Upstairs, you will find a cosy game room with bean bags, a television and an XBOX ONE X console with a wide selection of games. There are also board games and card games available for enjoyable evenings together. Children can reach the playroom not only by stairs but also via a fun climbing wall, adding an extra sense of adventure.

Outside, several inviting spaces allow you to fully enjoy the mountain surroundings. The upper terrace is perfect for relaxing in the fresh mountain air, while downstairs you will find a cosy seating area with barbecue. The heated and covered saltwater swimming pool provides relaxation and fun for both adults and children and is open from 15 May until 30 September. In the enclosed garden by the stream, children can safely play, build huts or roast marshmallows around the campfire. A separate technical room is available for sports and winter sports equipment, complete with a washing machine, dryer and facilities for drying shoes and clothing.

The surrounding area offers endless opportunities for outdoor activities and excursions throughout the year. During winter, the slopes of SkiResort Černá Hora – Pec and Špindlerův Mlýn are within easy reach. Cross-country skiers and winter hikers will also love the snowy mountain scenery. In summer, the mountains become a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Popular excursions include the Dvůr Králové Zoo, the baroque Hospital Kuks, the Stachelberg fortress and the Aquacentrum in Vrchlabí. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy courses in Prosečné and Mladé Buky.

For larger groups, it is also possible to rent this villa together with the neighbouring identical house with sauna (KCMV115).
