Located in the heart of the beautiful Jizera Mountains, in the charming mountain village of Albrechtice, this spacious and comfortable villa for up to 12 guests offers everything you need for a relaxing and active holiday. With panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, a heated indoor swimming pool and the ski slopes just 200 metres away, this is the perfect destination for both summer holidays and winter sports trips with family or friends. Here you can enjoy nature, comfort and relaxation all year round.
The villa is modern yet cozy and offers plenty of space for larger groups with six bedrooms, two bathrooms and four toilets. There is also a separate dining room where everyone can gather for long dinners and cozy evenings together. Large windows throughout the villa provide beautiful views of the mountains and valley.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group. Facilities include an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available, making the villa especially convenient for longer stays or ski holidays. Families travelling with young children will appreciate the available baby cot and high chair.

In addition, the villa features a private sauna and a whirlpool for two people. Perfect for unwinding after skiing, hiking or mountain biking.
Outside, there is even more to enjoy. The spacious fully fenced garden of 1800 m² provides plenty of privacy and is ideal for families with children or guests travelling with dogs. Up to three dogs are welcome. Children can safely play on the playground with swings and sandbox, while adults relax on the large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a built-in barbecue. From the garden you can enjoy stunning views over the mountains and surrounding countryside.
The villa’s location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The ski slopes of Tanvaldský Špičák are only 200 metres away, while other well-known ski resorts such as Bedřichov, Harrachov and Hrabetice are easily accessible. Cross-country skiing trails start almost directly from the house. During summer, the area becomes a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with countless routes through the Jizera Mountains and surrounding nature.
Practical amenities are also within walking distance. A restaurant, grocery store, bus stop, bicycle rental and even a dog exercise area can all be found nearby. In addition, Prague is only about a 90-minute drive away, making it ideal for a day trip to the Czech capital.
